  • FAQ 1: What type of contract manufacturing services do you provide?

    We provide both mechanical and electronic contract manufacturing services, including custom parts manufacturing,contract assembly, mass production, packaging, QC, logistic, etc.

  • FAQ 2: Can your company help design and develop a new product?

    Yes, we have experience product design and engineering team, that can help client to develop new product which starts from design, prototyping, pilot run, until mass production

  • FAQ 3: Do you have any experience on oversea market?

    Yes, we have over 15 years of experience on oversea market, we served 180+clients from 25 countries worldwide(mainly for Europe and US clients). 

  • FAQ 4: What is your quality assurance system?

    We are an ISO9001-2018 certificated factory, we take strict quality control from raw material to finished products. We perform full inspection for parts and sub-assembly, and do AQL inspection for finished products.

  • FAQ 5: What information should I provide if I request a quotation?

    If you have a product to manufacture, you should provide us:

    1. BOM(part material, color, quantity, surface treatment, etc)
    2. 3D stp file
    3. Your order quantity(first order quantity and annual order quantity)
    4. Product presentation
  • FAQ 6: How will your company protect my IP?

    Prior to providing any information, we will encourage clients to sign NDA with our company, which is not just a paper at Inno, but we will comprehensively perform our measure to strictly protect customer information on technical document, drawings, prototypes, products, etc.

  • FAQ 7: What is your payment terms? And payment methods?

    We accept USD for order payment normally, and we accept TT and Western Union. 50% of deposit should be made to kick off project, and the rest of 50% should be paid when goods is ready for shipment(before goods leave China)

  • FAQ 8: What about if I paid for a bad quality products?

    You can ask the third-party of QC to check out our finished goods, we can ensure all of our products are under 1% defective rate. In case you received a defective rate, we can do replacement for your next order or refund the percentage that you paid.

  • FAQ 9: Can we visit your factory before doing business with your company?

    Sure, you are welcome to visit us at Baoan, Shenzhen, China.

  • FAQ 10: How long does it take to get a products manufactured in your company?

    It depends on project complexity, normally, it takes about 7~12 days to get your specification and requirement confirmed, after that, we will build mold tools(metal mold, plastic mold, and other tools) in 20~25 days. Once the molded samples confirmed, we are ready to start mass production per your order(the lead-time of mass production is about 7~15 days).

    If any existing project, it just takes few days to get ready for shipment. So if you have any timing query, please feel free to talk to our marketing team.
